A Monbazillac from Bergerac with a brilliant golden yellow color and a nose of candied white fruit and fresh honey. On the palate, it is a tender balance with flavors of apple tatin and very ripe peach.
To be enjoyed around 12° as an aperitif, with foie gras or apricot tarts.
