Very good wine that can be consumed both as an aperitif and as a starter. Its freshness and minerality make it very pleasant on the palate.
The first notes are reminiscent of white fruits and pear. Subsequently, this nose evolves and opens up to reveal scents of white flowers and mushrooms. On the palate, a rich and fatty structure. Thereafter, the lemony freshness takes precedence, with an interesting length, ending on a salivating salinity.
