The Alchimie Champagne from Maison Moutardier is an iconic cuvée that perfectly illustrates the blending philosophy dear to the Moutardier family. Made mainly from Pinot Meunier , complemented by a touch of Chardonnay , this champagne embodies the perfect balance between freshness, roundness and elegance .

Its shimmering pale gold color is enlivened by fine, regular and persistent bubbles. The expressive nose opens with aromas of white fruits, acacia flowers and golden brioche , underlined by a subtle honeyed note.

On the palate, the texture is silky and harmonious , with a beautiful liveliness and a fruity length. The flavors of pear, peach and candied lemon intertwine with a lightly toasted touch, offering a balanced and refined whole.

A wonderfully versatile champagne, perfect as an aperitif but also to accompany scallops , smoked salmon or creamed poultry .
