The Champagne Carte d'Or from Maison Jean-Moutardier perfectly embodies the elegance and generosity of the Marne Valley terroir. Made primarily from Pinot Meunier , the region's emblematic grape variety, it reveals all the aromatic richness and roundness characteristic of the Maison.

Its golden color with luminous reflections is enlivened by fine, persistent bubbles. The expressive nose opens with notes of ripe fruit, brioche and white flowers , before evolving towards more toasted and honeyed nuances.

On the palate, the attack is ample and balanced , marked by a creamy texture and delicate freshness . The aromas of pear, mirabelle plum and toasted hazelnut prolong the pleasure with an elegant and harmonious finish .

A champagne of character and conviviality , ideal as an aperitif or to accompany roast chicken, a creamy risotto or fish in sauce .
