Les Crêtes is made exclusively from Premier Cru Chardonnay grapes over 45 years old. The grapes are vinified in oak barrels and then, after adding 15-20% reserve wine, fermented and aged in the cellar for 4 to 5 years. An elegant and refined champagne, perfect for special occasions or a candlelit dinner.
