This cuvée is made from 100% Rolle, also known as Vermentino, which produces a distinctive, aromatic, and delicately structured wine that surprises both with its winemaking method and its personality.

Tasting

Appearance: pale yellow with golden highlights, sometimes slightly deeper. Unlike some orange wines, its color remains discreet despite the maceration of the grapes with their skins.

Nose: expressive and surprising, marked by mandarin, citrus fruits and ripe apricot, accompanied by notes of honey, thyme, mint and delicate floral touches.

Palate: dry, fresh and aromatic, with flavors of citrus fruits and ripe fruits. The finish is lively, persistent and delicately herbaceous. A subtle and atypical orange wine, perfect for venturing off the beaten path and discovering another facet of white wine.
